At XPN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure the return is accepted.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
